The whats working now site is up and running. Without a hitch. oooppppsss there was a hitch there was so many people requesting information that the servers were bogged down and could not handle the traffic around 12pm cst. It was fixed very quickly and back up and running. There will be only 10,000 people that will receive this new information if that seems like alot then compare it to the 1,000,000 people that will be requesting this information in a very short time. Ok. we left off I was pumping the crawl space out from the failed sump pump. As of this Morning I am still pumping out the water. Overnight the hose froze to the portable sump pump. So I thawed that and got it going this morning. The compressor that runs one of the refridgerators is toast and will be looked at this afternoon. As far as the Restaurant it was steady traffic yesterday nothing special. I found a new advertising medium though here is the link if you want to see it and give me your feed back. ....Another day Begins at 5:00am through the doors at The Nibble Nook Diner. Cook off Bacon and Homefries go to bain marie fridge to get the small amount of bacon left over from yesterday. Fridge is Hot. Empty fridge into trash. tart to trouble shoot unit. Thinking the whole time I am glad to be an Internet Marketer as I do not have to rely on the Income of a Small Restaurant, but anyways. Go check breakers all ok. Go around back to bulkhead door to go down into the crawl space where the compressors are and poof the crawl space has 8" of water in it. Next I go to the shed to retrieve the portable sump pump. Not there. Must be at home. Thank god I am a Volunteer Fireman and the Firehouse is only 2 minutes down the road. So I go down there and get a pump and a hose. Back to the restaurant I set it all up, water is pumping out as I type. More to come later.

A Sunday Begins at The Nibble Nook Diner. .Well nothing very Interesting to comment on today, the usual Sunday Traffic, I did however book a catering event for next week Featuring- Chicken Marsala,Chicken Wings,Salad,Homemade tarts,Baked Ziti and dinner Rolls.

Another Day began at The Nibble Nook Diner. Time to make the Bacon. Cook shows up late, I began the day doing prep and setup. Make sausage gravy and buttermilk Biscuits for the days breakfast special. All is well and good and the day goes on without a hitch. If I didn't tell you already I am also an Independant Internet Marketing Consultant. I cannot rely on the brick and mortar restaurant business for income, at this moment it is more of a Liability than an Asset. However the Work from Home business that my wife and myself operate is allowing us the financial comfort that every person can achieve with "some" effort and dilegence.

Today started off interesting. I have had trouble with one of my cooks keeping up with orders. So I ecided to move him to diffrent (i.e.Slower)days. He decided to walk out during the shift. Then call me later to apologize, he found out there are no jobs out there. Needless to say I brought him back. He is a hard worker and good person all around, he just can't handle a rush.
